Rescuers Down Under - one of the few that actually had a cinematic release. It deserved it. Sequels that aren't good enough for cinema should never be made. The Aladdin sequels deserved better animation and I recall one of the Lion King sequels being really good.

Rescuer's Down Under was actually decently made - even in movies
However, as for fav, I would probably go with Lion King II because I really like the family connections and the generational similarities. Simba-Nala, Kiara-Kovu, Mufasa-Simba, Mufasa-Kiara, Mufasa-Scar, Simba-Zira, Simba-Kovu, etc... Not to mention the Romeo and Juliet-inspired story.
Liked TLM II in the same ways of LK II but not as much.

witty reply: Snow White's sequel was the best because it never happened as no sequel will do it justice

I'm a huge fan of pretty much every single Dianey sequel out there, but if I were to absolutely choose one of all of those, I'd go for BATB: The Enchanted Christmas every time

I like the Little Mermaid II the most. I've only seen part of the movie, but from what I saw, it was really good.

Aladdin & The King of Thieves gets my vote. I also liked HOND2 and don't get why it's so hated. In fact I liked HOND2 better than the original to tell you the truth.
