The Sharkanians. What kind of a name is "Sharkanian" and their voices are so scruff and so low, I could barely understand them. And they weren't that evil, OK, maybe they were, but they were still lame to me.

Meh - I'm gonna have to say Lobster Mobster and Da Shrimp. They seem too goofy to be taken seriously. I almost voted Flo and Ebb, but I think they were a little more malicious than the former two.
