I saw it last night and loved it from beginning to end. It’s nice to see Disney poke fun at itself.

I looooooved it! It was amazing. I caught almost every reference, and I'm seeing it agan on friday so I'll probably catch the rest. I loved the part where she was looking in the fish tank and Part of Your World instrumental was playing. And when Paige was in that soap opera on TV, Tale As Old As Time was the background music lmao. I just bought the pink dressed Giselle doll tonight. She's so pretty.
And yeah, the beginning was a little much but the animation was so good.

Are you serious??!? I didn't catch that lmao, I'll look for it on friday. The part where Giselle is singing True Love's Kiss is so pretty, the little jumpy dancey thing she did in front of the sunset drenched window was beautiful lol. I noticed kind of Aurora mannerisms in her at that part. Spoiler!! I loved how she was running after the homeless guy who stole her tiara. She was taking such little steps and her hair and dress were like BOUNCE BOUNCE BOUNCE! I was like C'mon run faster!!! End Spoiler!!

WOW! thanks for the links, jarreth; that big Enchanted party looks like it was a lot of fun. i knew there were a lot of disney references, but i had no idea there were so many! that's relaly cool they paid so much homage to the people who helped with the big movies in the past.

Ahhh I adored this movie, it was very cute and the first Disney release I've liked in a while. Amy Adams is A+ and of course I loved Jodi and Paige O'Hara's cameos

I've seen it.
I was a little doubtful about "breaking up" the "cartoon" couple, but it worked out in the end.
I especially focussed on the scene where the Little Mermaid subtext came into play.......

I saw it today and I loved it. I was worried cos I read the book when I flew back from WDW and it was kinda dumb, but the movie is a million times better! I'm definitely gonna go see it again in a few days. Jodi was great!

I'm Enchanted. I've seen this movie about 5 times since the intial release date -loved it everytime. It's just so princessy. So Disney. Look, I had my disney princesses purse with me too. It was a hit. =D There were a lot of references to previous Disney films, but they were subtle, which was a good thing. The cameos, that, if you are just a Disney nut like me, you'll enjoy. I was all giddy when I heard The Little Mermaid reference in a scene. I can't wait for the dvd, i bet there are a lot more items I didn't spot. Oh the credits, when you watch, you'll notice more references to previous and upcoming Disney films. The soundtrack, I just bought it. Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz rock. I love "That's How You Know" Before I go anymore into it, let me just stop here, because I will just spoil everything, I know it.

I saw it again yesterday. I'm really happy Jodi got such a great part. Everybody laughed at her reaction to Giselle and the fish, and also "the Valley of Contentment". I definitely noticed more Disney things the second time, like the reporter's name, Mary Ilene Caselotti. I didn't even pick up on that when I read the book. One of my fav things was at the beginning when 'Walt Disney' was written in the typeface they used in all the old movies.
