My PC has collapsed and I am struggling mightly to get it back on line. I may be badly infected with spyware, which is causing the problems.
SInce the Boss at work is closely monitoring ALL PC usage, it makes it tough to get on line. I am cribbing from my sister-in-law's PC.
What this means is that nay stories I have are off schedule and I will do what it takes to get back on line on a regular basis.
Meanwhile, I will post as long as I can here.

The way it runs, it could be. Besides, since I post my Ariel stories here, it does give people a chance to understand why the latest chapter isn't up yet, as opposed to me dropping the whole thing or just not interested in relating the latest chapter.

I feel like Eric, after he rammed the ship through Ursula and dragged his exhausted body to the beach and collapsed, Ursula's remains smoking in the distance.
It took some major efforts and much screaming and cursing (which will not be related here, save for the comment that it was most colorful and I even had some longshoremen taking notes).
I believe that I have defeated the nefarious gremlins and beasties that infected my PC. Now, this does not mean that it loves me any more than it did before, but at least I can get myself to the website and make my comments.
So, I'll just lie here, secure in the knowledge that I did my best and emerged triumphant!
See you folks tomorrow!

People like my stories. They deserve to know why the timetable for "Stranger" is not the same as with "Adella".
I have severe PC problems, that is why chapters seem far apart. They are, rather than I have lost interest in bringing forth the story.
Because it is my fanfic, it, in fact, has EVERYTHING to do with Ariel.
I am letting you know what is happening. That is what courtesy is.

And I'm sure people appreciate your efforts. I know I do. There's nothing worse than a favorite fanfic author dropping off the face of the earth. This way readers can be patient and ya know, not get out the tar and feathers. BTW mickeyz and Grimsby's Daughter, as for appropriate placement it's like that degrees of Kevin Bacon thing. This has to do with the fanfic which has to do with Ariel. As Powerdroid has said. So let's back off and let the (mer)man do his thing; okay guys?

*Blushes*
I'd like to thank the Academy, and my brother for refusing to watch a movie with me so I'd have time to post, my parents of course, and my dog...

*Goes from mildly flushed to a credible impression of Ariel's hair color*
Seriously, no trouble at all. Anything for a fellow writer; especially one who took the time to offer me such great constructive criticism. *Gives Cookies*

OK, I think this has come to a (temporary) end, as the system has been restored and it appears to be working. I should be able to post something in a few days, but i have to make some burnt offerings to the Gods to ensure my successful continuance on line.

At least the wife is partially committed to getting a new PC, so that is a good sign.
