It seems kinda early and I can't say I like them very much. The Ursula one is probably the best.

I did. The Framed Set is a little bit different from the pic. The blue is more like baby blue and Ariel's skin is a little bit weird. The whole pic is 3D. Really nice framed set (better than the Sleeping Beauty 50th anniversary

This is what makes no sense to me Disney pins are so pricey, yet they have Snowglobes for around $30-$40....frames for around $20...and Lennox figures for $100, but a set of pins for $165? That's insane.

To each its own... The Jumbo pin is a LE 500 and it's $35. The framed set is actually just one pin but it has a special 3D artwork by Ty/. The pin is LE1000 and the framed set is LE100 You have no idea what pin collectors do and pay for their pins. We are all mad in there! Last time I saw this framed set (Pin 26679: DCL Pin Trading Under The Sea - Ariel Framed Pin Set LE20) for sale on Ebay it went for more than $600, so $165 is not that bad after all

I think they're just charging that ridiculous amount because of the "art", which is really stupid because it's not even original artwork. It's just an uglier version of a promotional image for Voyage of TLM designed by Casey Jones about 4 years ago.

It's just the size of the item and what it is made out of it. Taking from what Daniel said, you are paying for a uglier version of an orginal that has just been reproduced over and over again through a machine. I know the same goes for any other item you may purchase at Disney but I find some of their other items more reasonable that have more substance to them. You're right though, Sirenita, to each their own. I actually really like some of these pins, but I'm not going to buy them because of the price. I'm finding them for far more reasonable of prices on Ebay. The monetary value for them to produce that product is probably $1-$3, so in turn they are making so much profit off of spenders. More power to the mouse, he's been doing it for decades .
