I was thinking I noticed that Cars get more merchandise then any other Pixar movie,I wonder why, there's movies with lots of merchandise that they keep making new merchandise like Finding Nemo and Toy Story but it's not as much as Cars, they turned it into the World Of Cars franchise and even new films like Ratatouille and Up won't get as much as merchandise as Cars, anyone knows why?.

I know how you feel. The Cars franchise is really bugging me a lot. I guess they were trying to create a disney franchise for little boys since the girls got all the classic disney and the disney princesses. You know boys; they love cars such as hot wheels. Cars is their only disney franchise. I wish that they would franchise other pixar movies, too. I miss the Toy Story franchise and the Finding Nemo franchise.

I see what you mean, they do love cars, but I"m really sick of this "Tiana/TinkerBell for girls and Caspian/Lightning McQueen for Boys",Disney is for everyone and they seems to market ALL their films for little girls, and little boys do have Pirates Of The Caribbean,Narnia,Camp Rock,Disney Animale Friends,High School Musical and any other Pixar movie,of course they can love Princesses and Fairies too but people around and Disney themselfs aren't helping them, there was also the Heroes lines with characters like Hercules,Peter Pan,Tarzan,Aladdin,Arthur,Robin Hood,it's stopped but they did released some new books thought and it's seems that Milo from Atlantis joined the line. And most of the Pixar movies have franchises and they"re all for little boys too, espically Finding Nemo,WALL-E and Toy Story that are big franchises but they"re not big as Cars,Toy Story is actually going to get a big line like Cars with the first and second movie that will be released in 3D and Toy Story 3.

Now that you mention it, I did see a ton of Cars merchandise at the time.
Even now, they're still making occasional releases of new stuff.
But I don't have very much merchandise from the other movies:
Violet Parr doll. WALL-E, EVE and MO toys.
That's about it.
While Cars is one of my favorite Pixar movies (see above for the other two), I wish they had done more with the Incredibles.
That franchise could have really taken off, movie sequels, cartoon shows, toys, you name it. And unlike most Pixar films, the Incredibles was left open, at the end of the film, it's left "open ended", so the story could have continued after that point, either as movies or a cartoon show.
