Recently here, Village Cinemas started running a Disney Princess movie rotation schedule, which was rescreening some of the older Disney movies.
I kept an eye on the schedule as it changed from week to week, waiting for TLM to be one of the movies.
I'd never seen it on the big screen, so was waiting for it to come out.
But it looks like the promotion ended and TLM was never on the list!
Given how much I was watching the schedule, it is unlikely I missed the screening time, so I'm assuming they just didn't include it.

That's a load of BS. It's a beautiful film!

I checked the website again a few days and the promotion is starting up again.
According to their "upcoming movies" section, TLM is scheduled for june or july (can't remember which one).
So it looks like I'll get to see it after all!

It finally screened here today. And it was so worth the wait!
You really notice so much more on the big screen and the quality is so much better, even though it's an old film.
One of the things I didn't really notice in the DVD version is that the back of Eric's wedding ship has a pair of mermaids holding up his initial.
I think there was some kind of costume contest, because at least 10 of the younger girls showed up dressed as mermaids. And one adult showed up with a long blonde wig and a full size gold trident! I'm not sure who they were supposed to be, but props to them for participating!
