No more Disney InfinityThis is disappointing on so many levels! I was hoping that over the long term, they would eventually release the characters I wanted and hadn't been designed yet. Characters I won't be getting now. The number one disappointment for us LittleArielers and any other TLM fans is that DI finally implemented the swimming character code functions (the Finding Dory playset has characters who use this codebase). This was the only thing that was preventing them from making an Ariel figure and I was hoping now that the problem had been solved, Ariel would have been released for Disney Infinity. But with the game going away, obviously, it is not going to happen. According to the info I researched, the reason the game is being closed down is greed, pure and simple. They made money, but not all the money, so the corporate idiots said get rid of it. I am hoping that the negative response from the Disney fanbase will convince the company to change it's mind and bring the game back to active status. If any campaigns get organized to petition the company, I would like it if we could all participate in them. Here is a petition.

Your two posts only help to make my statements more true then dissapointed rantings. The very studio that released The film with our favorite red headed mermaid has a love / HATE relationship with the character
They seem to treat her more like the Black Cauldron then Snow White past few years it has gotten a little better BUT........................
Least the actress thet got to play Ariel in Once Upon was quite good in terms of apperance mannerism (hair was a bit of BIT I can forgive that>) but the first time she is seen high school prom plot in other words

I got some more info that is even more troubling.
The reason for shutting down Disney Infinity is because two of their major divisions are losing money. Basically, they're taking the money from a successful division and using it to keep the failed ventures afloat.
The divisions that lost money are Shanghai Disneyworld and the department that produces Disney tv shows.
I am not surprised in the slightest about that second one, they've been going downhill ever since Kim Possible ended,
