In the tv series, the main villain is Evil Manta. But given that he was never referenced again, I'm wondering if he could be featured in the next TLM movie, should it happen. But from memory, I think he gave up being a villain when Ariel saved his life, so he might not be an enemy. Plus, given the fate of most Disney villains, I'd rather he stayed alive, because he's interesting to have around.

If Disney ever decides to bring back TLM in a new exciting way, something akin to Cinderella III: A Twist in Time, I think the next step I'd like to see happen would be to bring back characters from the TV series! I'd love to know what happened to Urchin, Gabriella, and all those fabulous villains too! I don't know if they'd ever plan to make another canon TLM animated film, but the thought has definitely crossed my mind for sure. They'll already be reviving the franchise when the inevitable live action film is released, so I wonder if they'd even think to include tv characters in that or make any other animated TLM films (either made for tv or straight to dvd) and maybe include characters from the tv series in them.

I can only think of a few show villains besides Evil Manta. The Sorceress in the Cave is the only other major threat I can think of. But there was a limitation on her power, she could only reach slightly outside her cave prison, as the spell that kept her trapped inside didn't allow her to leave. She could control the water currents, so if something or someone was close enough to her cave, she could pull that/them inside. Emperor Shaga was an occasional problem, but his army was no match for the power of Triton's trident. There was also Ebb and Flo, Lobster Mobster and Da Shrimp. The first two weren't major villain material, but still quite formidable. The second two however weren't much more then comic relief villains. However, it is implied that there are more dangerous members of their organisation and they're fairly low on the ladder of authority.
