The Floating Palace and Cool Hand Fluke are the only episodes Oona has appeared in so far.
Twelve titles for season 4 of the show have been announced and none of them reference a third visit to Merroway Cove.
Since that leaves 12 unnannounced episodes, it will have to be one of those if the location is revisited.
I'm uncertain if there will be a season 5, no Disney show has gotten more then 4 seasons.
Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins are currently the longest running Disney Junior shows with 4 seasons each.
