Is that a proprietary concept registered to Disney Parks?
They might object if it is copyrighted or trademarked.
Also, since they profit from it, they'd need legal permission from Disney to promote as such.

the Caribean resort IS a Disney Hotel AND IT TOOK OVER THIRTY YEARS FOR DISNEY TO EVEN CONSIDER THIS IDEA..........................................................................................
