I think those works are still legal, just as long as the author doesn't claim to have created the characters.
I am uncertain if using the artwork and screenshots counts, but that might be covered under Fair Use guidelines. Which means an image can be copied and distributed for review purposes.

It could be under Fair Use, but since the author makes money from that issue, I'm not so sure. This is worse than when I saw Ariel on a poster for a non-Disney play of the Little Mermaid XD

I think it's under Fair Use and I think those works are legal because this is an unofficial Disney Guide, but the label Disney is present.

Logo depiction is another complicated legal aspect. In this specific case, since the official Disney logo was not replicated precisely because they just wrote the word Disney, that is not enough legal grounds for a copyright infringement claim.
