I got a card through the post advertising this, and allowing me to get tickets before they go on sale to the general public lol. I think a few people have wondered why Pocahontas isn't included, especially since Mulan isn't technically a real princess (but I like it that she is included in the franchise because her and Pocahontas are really under appreciated IMO). Thanks for the link Daniel, I remeber seeing these back in '06, when I first joined the forum! Hmm so it appears that Wishes has a different set up to Classics rather than dedicating the 2nd Act to one princess! Hmm I also find it strange that they use Mulan II rather than the original in the show, that must be a first for a Disney On Ice show to acknowledge a sequel. I remeber that my first ever DOI Show was Pocahontas On Ice , ahh so long ago I don't know about the other show but this isn't more about Ariel from what I know and have seen. Yeah,it's weird that Mulan is there but not Pocahontas and even more weird that her segement is based on Mulan II insted, maybe because the plot has princesses in it,Mulan II is a good sequel, you should see it thought Mushu is out of character in it,yeah,I have seen the Pocahontas On Ice over here too . Emily-I know about the show you said, there's also a new one with Little Mermaid and also Fairies,Cars and The Lion King . Yer I think it's called something like "Mickey and Minnie's Magical Adventure", I seen it back a few years ago and that consisted of Peter Pan, 101 Dalmatians, The Little Mermaid and Lilo and Stitch and I think the new one is pretty much the same set up. I wouldn't mind seeing Tinkerbell and her friends on ice Oh and yer that's what I was thinking might be the reason for using Mulan II as opposed to the original, because there are the three princesses in it which makes up for Mulan's lack of a royal title as it were. Though in the first show they used the original so I don't know Ohh Halloween would be a good day to go lol, I'm yet to book my tickets I will have to see which of my friends want to come this year. I hope they have some good Ariel merchandise. I remember at the Classics show they had a cool Ariel figure but it was £9 or something so I decided not to get it because it was small for the price, but then later on I really regetted it.

Ohh yer I seen this whilst looking at LM items on the internet, and I really want it but it is so expensive so I will have to see about that. However it's to celebrate TLM's 20th Anniversary so I'm really inclinded towards it

Argh yer I read about this on Ulitmate Disney, it sounds good but really overpriced for what you get. Plus the shipping costs to the UK was something like $60!!!

I got a card through the post advertising this, and allowing me to get tickets before they go on sale to the general public lol. Me too. That's how I found out about it. Which venue would you go to? It's the O2 for me. I live in the North East so my nearest venue is the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle, thought I would love to go to the O2! I never even been to London before I also find it strange that they use Mulan II rather than the original in the show, that must be a first for a Disney On Ice show to acknowledge a sequel I must see Mulan 2 before this! I've been thinking about trying it for ages. I bet Pocahontas on Ice was fun! I only seen Mulan II for the first time a few months ago, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by it. I mean it was no masterpiece and it certainly didn't surpass the original (but then which Disney sequel ever does ) but I certainly enjoyed it, and thought it a worthy sequel. I would recommend it, for viewing at least once to see wether you like it. You might not want to buy it but if you did (which I did) you can get it really cheap if you look around online which is a nice bonus Oh and I don't remeber much about the Pocahontas show but I do know it was fun. Me and brother both got slush cups and I remember that the spoon was Pocahontas in her kanoo, ahh fun times. The year after that was a complimation show and The Little Mermaid was in it! I remember being soooo excited for, I also remeber that Cinderella and 101 Dalmatains were it in. Wow lots of "remember"s hee hee

From what I have seen on YouTube the show isn't really on Ariel, she gets her spotlight like the other Princesses. Well for the Classics show the first part was divided between Snow White, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine and Mulan. Then the second half was dedicated to Cinderella's story and from what I've read its the same for the Wishes show with the second act belonging to Ariel. Also I know Tinkerbell makes a guest apperance in Wishes.

www.dbpromotions.co.uk/princess-wishes.htmI've been waiting for this! Princess Classics was much more fun than I expected and from what I've heard, TLM is the main story of Princess Wishes. Looks expensive though. Yay I am more than likely going to see this as I've gone every year for like the pat ten years are something lol. Anyway I seen this advertised in last year's Finding Nemo program and I'm really happy about it because TLM is the main feature in the same way Cinderella was for the "Classics" show. What's weird about this is that my brothers just asked me at tea time what Disney on Ice was this year and wether I was going

I hate the packaging with the DP label emblazzoned on it and a large tiara behind the Ariel clipart on each box, I mean whats up with that? Although the backgrounds with Eric's castle is quite nice, thanks for posting

Aw,the doll is nice and the clipart behind the box is so cute I liked the cliparts in fronts, but I don't like how they always make her human those days. I also really love the image on the back, I only wish that if they're going to create more human Ariel products, that they'd use the Tour of the Kingdom dress!

Hey,it's those CGI Ariel merchandise! but now they have US products,I think they imporved them, thought the logo needs improve. About the pen set and case: Where do they see Flounder? . They are exactly the same ones as in the UK Disney Store because I seen them the other day. And no Flounder isn't on any of the merchandise

I have some of this stuff, including a really cool metal art tin and I love the pictures, though I'm not really sure they use backgrounds from Finding Nemo

And I disagree with Random Prince and miklc about the sisters in Ariel's Beginning, exept Attina who was annyoing they were funny and great characters, not some mean brats that cruelly makes fun of Ariel like the series and old comics,or even the Princess Magazine stories (And they always made Ursula dumb in those stories). Oh you've got me wrong, it's not that I don't like the sisters in TLM:AB I'm actually glad that they got so much screen time because that obviously leads to a bigger fan base for the sisters, and so my heart hopes this will in turn lead to more sister merchandise! Lol, well I can dream, anyhow I find it annoying that Disney created so many quite big continuity differences in this movie! Oh and I another theatrical re-issue would be amazing!!!! I would also like to know more about Ariel and Eric post-TLM and pre-TLM2, as some of you have already mentioned. A part of me is thinking that this is an actually possibility, after all Disney seem to be place Ariel in her human form of most of their recent Ariel themed merchandise (not to mention the official DP site), and they released that Enchanted Tales book, in which Ariel's story was set on land, so we will see anyhow...

Wow, I never even thought about what happened to Ariel's sisters after she became human! That would be very interesting, but only if they stuck with the original characters and not the messed up versions in TLM3. Yer that REALLY bugs be about TLM3! I mean I like the story line and the beautiful animation, but the continuity is so staggering!!! I mean to a die-hard Ariel fan, large mistakes or changes such as the sisters ages and personalities kind of makes me feel they weren't so bothered about the actual characters more so about the money they can make off them

What a good question, I think if I could have any more TLM in the future it would be through a spin-off franchise titled "Disney Mermaids" which consisted of a book series among other merchandise and involved Ariel's adventures with her six mermaid sisters. I would love to know more about Tritons other daughters, like what happened with their happily ever afters!
