What episode does Ariel and Flounder meet?

I keep hearing it mentioned that it was already done for the series but they did it again in TLM III.

I can only find it in spanish on youtube, I do have all the episodes on my computer, but I don't want to go through all of them.

Which episode is it?

They do a flashback in the episode "The Evil Manta", aka "In Harmony". In that episode, the Evil Manta tries to spread unrest and dischord through Atlantica by separating the sea creatures by "species" lines, i.e. no octopus with sword fish, or no gold fish with lobsters. Ariel thinks that the Manta has gotten to Flounder and in an attempt to rekindle their friendship they talk about how they first met. As usual, it was a situation years before when Flounder was frightened and Ariel helped him muster up some courage.

That's about it. I kinda like the meeting in the series better because both Ariel and Flounder are much younger (about 10 years old) and it gives a better/deeper foundation to their friendship. But that's just me. Otherwise, that's the episode!

No,that's not what exactly happened.
She thought that the Manta got him but he was only pretending that the Manta made him hate Ariel and tells her that nothing will break their friendship,then some sea creatures shows up and get angry,they swim away and sits somewhere,there they reminisce about how they first met-They were very little and Flounder lost his school and when he saw Ariel he thought she was a big fish and ran away,after she found him he told her that big fishes eat little fishes,she explains him that she's a mermaid and he finds out that there's more creatures in the ocean beside fishes and she invites him to eat cookies in her castle.
