GUIDELINES:
:-XI am going to give you an image that you must create an avatar with. (Scroll down to see image)
:-XYou MUST use this image or else you submission will not count.
:-XYou must resize this to 100x100 pixels, if you can't I will for you.
:-XYou can be as complex or as simplistic if you like.
:-XYou may use whatever program you have to make your avatar (you could even use MSPaint!) .
:-XYou may only have ONE submission.
:-XNo entries will be accepted after the deadline.
:-XBe original, do not copy off of others.
:-XPlease post entries to this thread.

JUDGING:
We will have 3 judging categories.
1. Most Artistic
2. Most Creative
3. Most Unique
When all submissions are in I will create 3 polls with every entry and option for each category. Everyone will submit their vote for the Most Artistic, Most Creative, Most Unique. Someone cannot win 2 categories, so if that happens, the 2nd runner up will be the winner. You will have until Monday, August 17th to submit your vote. No one will be able to see the votes until the winner is revealed Tuesday, August 18th.
JUDGING RULES & PRIZES:
:PPeople who enter the contest WILL be able to vote.
As an administrator I WILL NOT be voting (unless of a tie) or contributing to the contests. This is purely members only. I will just reveal the winner and start the polls.
3 prizes for the Most Artistic,Creative, & Unique will get special badges for their signatures.
All participants will get small badges for participating.
