I have another music gig related to The Little Mermaid coming up! This time is a little bit different. A few local punk bands have put together a Disney themed show - each band will perform punk versions of songs from one Disney movie (one band performing TLM, another performing Moana, another performing Aladdin, and one performing Camp Rock). After following and viewing their instagram page, I was contacted by the band performing TLM on insta since they saw my Ariel cosplay and my Carnegie Hall performance, and they asked if I could join them onstage for a performance of Part of Your World. I'm super excited to hear their interpretation of the song, and hopefully my voice will work well with them! We're rehearsing a few days before the concert and will work out everything then. I'll also be attending the event dressed in a cosplay/Disneybound mix wearing my new custom Ariel wig & full makeup along with my Hot Topic casual Kiss the Girl dress! I'm hoping to get video from the performance, upload it to my YouTube, and link you all to it here after it happens! Very excited!
