I read the original The Little Mermaid 3 was going to be about Eric, Ariel and Melody trapped on an adrift boat, accompanied by Sebastian and Ariel's sisters, while looking for a mystical white whale.
But Disney ordered the script to be rewritten, supposedly because Ariel wouldn't have been in her mermaid form.
Do you know more about this original story?

 WELL THATS ONE I NEVER HEARD (And of the few that post here I CAN SAY WITH MUCH ASSURANCE AM THE ULTIMATE KNOW IT ALL ON OUR VERMILLION HAIRED MERMAID) I do KNOW that the animation was redone due to being "leaked" on you tube Flounder here is MORE in character Go to Disney Princess Israel or the Littleariel page that has link to third film ala you tube that's how I go to you tube so I do NOT get a "questionable" vid At any rate last years pic from this years Toy Fair |
