From Screenrant:
How Old Each Disney Princess Is (Including Frozen's Anna & Elsa)
Disney princesses go through a lot of things that sometimes seem too mature, but most of them are way younger than you think. Here's how old they are.

Disney princesses get involved in all types of problems and dangerous situations, most of them related to magic and villains who want to take something from them. These sometimes seem very mature, more so as most of them end up marrying a prince or ruling a country, which is why it comes as a surprise to know that most of them are actually very young – and here’s how old Disney princesses are, including Frozen’s Anna & Elsa. Walt Disney Pictures has been bringing a peculiar type of magic with its animated features since 1937, when Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was released.
Since then, the studio has produced over 100 animated films, but it continues to be best known for its stories starring female characters who are either born or turned into princesses. The criteria for becoming an official Disney princess varies depending on who you ask, but what they all have in common (besides being either born or married royal) is at least one musical number and an animal sidekick, which is why Mulan is counted as one even though she has no relation to royalty, but she did perform an act of heroism.
Moana is counted as a Disney princess as well (even though she states she isn’t) for being the daughter of a chief, so the role is similar. The exceptions are Frozen’s Elsa and Anna, who even though they were born royal, have songs of their own, and were both queens at one point, are still not included among Disney princesses. Still, it’s important to include them on the list as they do meet most of the main points of a Disney princess. Without further ado, here’s how old each Disney princess is:
Snow White, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - 14
Cinderella, Cinderella - 19
Aurora, Sleeping Beauty - 16
Ariel, The Little Mermaid - 16
Belle, Beauty and the Beast - 17
Jasmine, Aladdin - 15
Pocahontas, Pocahontas - 18
Mulan, Mulan - 16
Tiana, The Princess and the Frog - 19
Rapunzel, Tangled - 18
Merida, Brave - 16
Moana, Moana - 16
Elsa, Frozen - 21, and 24 in Frozen II
Anna, Frozen - 18, and 21 in Frozen II
Looking back at classics like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Sleeping Beauty, it can be scandalous to learn that at the age of 14 and 16 these characters were already getting married and had zero agency, but it’s important to take into account that in the 1930s and 1950s there was a very different mentality which, sadly, translated to animated films. The context and setting of the original stories also influenced these portrayals, although Disney could have made some changes to them, as it has done in a lot of films – look no further than to everything the studio changed about Greek mythology in Hercules. If not explicitly said in the film, it’s hard to calculate the ages of these characters because the animators intentionally make them look older in order to avoid controversies, keep a certain image, and to play with the viewers’ minds.
While the Disney princess formula has changed since Brave by not making love interests the moving force of the stories anymore, Disney still has a long way to go, and its reluctance to make Anna and Elsa official princesses is proof of it.
