Trailer 2:
I am wondering what the item description for the replacement part for Sugar Rush lists it as a "vintage" classification. Wasn't Sugar Rush like a brand new game in the first movie?
But as shown in the first movie, Ralph's been around for a very long time, so if Vanellope's been doing the same thing, then her gaming cabinet could have gone from new to old between the movies. Or alternatively, it could be that her cabinet wasn't exactly new in the first movie, that it arrived some time ago and Ralph didn't go to it until several years after it was installed in the arcade.

While it's hard to tell from that image, it looks like Shank is a little taller then Ariel. I wonder if they did size calculations of that kind because Shank might end up encountering the Disney Princesses? Probably in a post credits Easter Egg or something. 👏 I am so incredibly hyped for this film to come out- a little over three weeks away now!! Three weeks? Is the movie being released in November where you live? According to the Village Cinema listing, this movie isn't released until Wednesday, 26 December 2018.

In nearly every CGI movie I've seen, there are always scenes cut out for some reason. Some of them even get fully animated before being removed.
Personally, I don't really approve of scenes being cut, because the primary reason they've stated for doing is simply to keep the movie under a certain running time length because it is believed that audiences will get bored if a movie exceeds that arbitrary limit. In some cases, when the editor/director was being especially ruthless, several key scenes were lost that were important to the plot. Sometimes if we're lucky, a Directors Cut edition will be released with these scenes restored, but I've never seen this done with a CGI film.

And Ariel did not HAVE daddy ISSUES? or Mulan or Moana? As far as I could tell they got the ones without "mothers' right to a point
Also Ariel's voice was a bit off (could be that Ms. Benson is not 27 anymore)

mariahcarey2 love the clip! I think maybe because it was really fast dialogue that isn't normally in the style of what Ariel would say, it sounds a bit off in that way, but otherwise you can totally tell it's Ariel! yougottaloveariel When they refer to "daddy issues", it's usually some sort of dispute between a father and daughter. It has a basis in Freudian psychology (not my favorite branch of psychology). Ariel and Triton definitely do not get along the greatest with him opposing her love for humans and destroying her grotto, but he turns around at the end of the film of course. With Mulan, she is opposed to her father when he tries to join the emperor's army against her best wishes that he is not fit to battle (her dad even claims she's dishonored him). And with Moana, it's like a reversal of The Little Mermaid where instead of the father being opposed to the daughter's love of land, it's the love of the sea and voyaging that Moana's father, the chief, is trying to block because he lost his friend while voyaging and believes it to be dangerous (he nearly burns the boats Moana discovers that prove the island's history of voyaging to prevent any further voyaging, but is stopped when he learns that his mother is dying). All of these fathers learn to accept their daughters and are proven wrong about their beliefs. Also I figured out what you were talking about with the scrapped video game. Disney Infinity was a thing for a while ( buckmana would know more about this) with figurines of the characters you could buy and actually use in-game as playable characters or locations (I think that's how it worked?). An early idea for Wreck-it-Ralph 2 involved the main characters going to the Disney Infinity website and interacting with all the Disney Infinity characters (and I'm sure in the real world they would have added all the princesses to the Disney Infinity lineup in time for the release of the film) - however the game's studio shut down and the game itself was retired late 2016. I'm guessing some of the models of the princesses to be used in the game were models that were used or maybe tweaked for use in WIR2. Bit confused about Elsa and Anna being counted as among those "without mothers". Yes, it is true that their parents were lost at sea, but for a long time, at least until Elsa was 15 or so, they were still alive, so technically, they were raised by their mother for the major part of their lives. In terms of Ariel not having "daddy issues", it could be that she used to, but doesn't anymore, given she reconciled with Triton during the end of the original/first movie. From what I remember of the Disney Infinity website, the Princesses only were on the website if they had a physical figurine made, because there would be a character page with a short bio and a video clip of their ingame abilties/powers. At the time the game closed down, the list of playable princesses was: Elsa and Anna. Rapunzel. Jasmine. Merida. Mulan. Moana was a work in progress when the game was cancelled, so her figure was never added to the game, although she was almost ready for release: disney.wikia.com/wiki/File:Cancelled_Disney_INFINITY_Figure_-_Moana.pngThe major problem with introducing Ariel was that the game had no function to allow for a swimming character, so until Nemo and Dory were added, they didn't know if introducing Ariel would be possible. Nemo and Dory would basically fly through the air when outside their water based playset. There is no data on what Ariel would have been, as no work on her figure was done before the game was cancelled. I don't even recall her being mentioned outside of fan/player theorising. If version 4.0 had been released, there would have been a Belle figure: disney.wikia.com/wiki/File:Belle_and_Beast_cancelled_Infinity_designs.jpgAccording to the notes though, these figures was based on the live action characters. I would have preferred the classic animated versions myself. So unless they used some creative workaround, the Princess scene would have had a lot less Princesses if they'd based it on the Disney Infinity website. Also, since there was a Vanellope figure, in theory, she could have met herself on the website! But I assume they wouldn't include that part, because the scene would have to play as if the Princesses do not know Vanellope, which they would if they'd met her Disney Infinity character. The Disney Infinity game models do not resemble the ones in the movie, since they're basically identical to the real life figures. The concept of Disney Infinity was that you are playing with toys and they have to look like them, so they're not fully realistic, but stylised versions.

buckmana That is some fascinating info, thanks for sharing! I just saw the film! It was really fun overall! Love how the princesses were incorporated, and I really enjoyed the message of the film too. A lighthearted adventure with a lot of themes of friendship and dreams. And a TON of internet meta-humor - I think this film did a much better job at that than Emoji Movie. And as a special bonus, I loved how much of Ariel we got to see and hear! I feel like maybe of all the princesses, Ariel and Snow White were featured the most! Pro tip: stay all the way after the credits for a little post-credits scene (there's no Ariel there, but I promise you it's a good one!)

AHHHHHHHHH You tube Saw the "Princess clip" More or less in order Ariel's voice sounded better so maybe the clip was sped up Do have one question
Do the Disney Gals race as Mickie D indicates or is that just a tie in?
