Either my computer doesn't like this quiz, or Opera doesn't like this quiz. I can't seem to make it to the second page. I use Opera too. Opera doesn't like this quiz, it isn't your computer. I had to open up Firefox to take it.

Wow that is neat. You are very talented with animating. I'm excited to see your Little Mermaid one. Also I LOVED your The Disney Parents formula ittle documentary that was put together nicely and was very interested. I enjoyed it a lot.. The Fantasmic end credits music is great .

Even worse than the last trailer. I'm not looking forward to that movie. It kinda reminds me of the Swan Princess but worse. Good to see Ariel in there though. Yeah, I'm not going to lie the trailer left me feeling pretty bad. I don't know the whole idea of her becoming a frog too? That's just bleh I don't know. Something doesn't feel right. I wonder if it's just the like scenes they used it made it look like a slapstick comedy. I wonder if TLM would of looked stupid if they just showed the moments where something dumb happens to Scuttle or Sebastian. Honestly, from this trailer is just looks like dumb things happen to an obnoxious frog. From the trailer I didn't get what the "heart" of the film is about which is what makes these Disney films so magical. I'm hoping they just didn't show us this and the movie turns out to be great. I am going to remain neutral though, I don't want to end up disappointed.

I got Belle
You are Belle. You are strong, deep, and you are not a slave to petty superficial things. You are independent and allow yourself to see inner beauty without sacrificing your values. You are almost too good of a person.

I would like to know what contests you all are in interested in. Many of you suggested we should have more contests, yet when I made one for FanFic no one entered. So, I am a bit confused and disappointed. What type of contest would you participiate in? Please do NOT do this poll if you will not participate in anything. I need to know this so I won't waste the time putting this together if no one will do it.
Thanks!

That snowglobe the quality is not very good from what I can see. They are basically charging for the personalization more than anything else, which is over priced. I prefer this little snowglobe that is cheaper, but has better quality. Those paintings are awesome. I LOVE the second one! The first one is cool but that could be any mermaid really. It doesn't really pass as Ariel for me, even though that is one of her signature poses. Way way way way to expensive. I don't know where Disney thinks we have all this money.

I remember seeing this video awhile ago, but someone posted it on facebook recently so it got me interested in talking about. This video shows how Disney used animation from films and copied them into other films. The person who posted this video seems to feel "deceived" by Disney because of this..... here is the video. Personally, I don't get why they feel this way. It makes a lot of sense to me considering the amount of work that goes into animation. Also, majority of these films are really early in Disney's history so it was easier to use stuff from previous films. Something else though, is these scenes are not by any means things you remember, or when watching other Disney movies you're not like oh they did that already. These scenes are not integral parts of the film and do not "copy" in the sense that this person is claiming they do. It doesn't ruin the film, because the scenes they are recreating are recreated for that particular film. It is not as if they stole the same storyline and just used different characters to retell Snow White over and over again. Anyways, it is interesting to see, it's kind of fun to see how these things transcended to different characters. The person who posted this though I think is taking it way to seriously and needs t lighten up .

Mike Mozart of JeepersMedia helps create toys, but also does many reviews on "FAIL" toys Here is one of them! Again, this is PG-13 so if you are easily offended, I wouldn't suggest watching it. I think it's pretty silly and funny though.

The release of Tinker Bell has gone by now, and in my opinion it hasn't ruined anything for the princesses. I do think that the Fairies have more of the "personality" appeal than the princesses do. I quite like the fairy franchise not for it's merchandise, but more so for it's character. They need to do this with the princesses and they just haven't, they have all moved them like said before into this girly..damsel in distress type role.
I notice this a lot when I go to that World of Disney store at Downtown Disney in Orlando. They have a whole room of the store dedicated to the Disney Princesses but I'd say 95% of the merchandise is girls purses, princesses dresses, crowns, hair, jewelry etc. They have a little section for each princess and maybe 1 or 2 items for princesses like Mulan & Pocahontas, who I think have been given the short stick here because they don't really have the background fo "royalty" and "happliy ever after". I mean in the Bibbiti Bobbiti Boutique where kids can dress up like princesses I do not even think they offer Mulan or Pocahontas. They just dress up little girls like beauty queens with glitter and shimmer.
Sadly, I think this just works for Disney and the type of people who buy this merchandise. I mean it's cute that everyone can be a princess, but the definition of princess doesn't have to be some snotty glittery mess. It's too much in the direction of Barbie, like girls need to fit this role. I don't know I could go on forever. I just think they've taken this characters we love who in reality are head-strong,quirky, and different and made them into fake robots.

It'd be nice to get to know everyone ^_^ Good idea, we have a LAF member bio thread, but it is kind of dated. I think I may restart that and add some extra things to it.

It would be helpful and appreciated, if after you made a selection you elaborated on it, just so I have an place to go off of. Also if you put, other, please explain what you would like to see! You do not have to make a post you can just vote too. It takes less than 30 seconds!
Example: I picked contests and games, because I would like to see a contest on artwork or fanfiction etc

I have compiled this list because I know sometimes when we ask for suggestions people are not quite sure what exactly to contribute. I know some of these are things we already have on this forum, but I listed them because I am thinking about reshaping some of the boards on here so they are more user friendly. I also am willing to jump start some new threads. I know is difficult because TLM has been out for awhile and there is only so much you can say, but I would be willing to start up some topics of discussion if that would help.
Thank you all for your help!
---------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE: As you all may notice I am already making some changes to some boards on here. I am have created a Disney Films/Characters Board (i.e. Disney Princesses & Disney Prince--Heroes & Villians similar to how LAF used to look) & a seperate board about Disney Parks, Disney Company,Disney Channel, and other Disney Ventures board. I hope you guys will like this layout better.

It's so weird to see some of the earlier sketches of Ariel, it makes me wonder like if Ariel ended up looking entirely different if I still would of liked TLM. It's a odd thing to think about because I was 3 when I saw this movie and honestly I have no idea, but thinking about it now if Ariel was some blonde "Princess Aurora" type character there is no way I would of liked her as much. I don't know something about Ariel's red hair makes her so special
